LOOKING AT YOURSELF AND SEEING THE REAL YOU WORKSHOP
This
workshop is very direct, and simple to understand. It seems to
help people of all ages access their natural-innate ability to
lead happy, healthy, productive, stress-free lives. |

|
It
helps people understand how our state of mind (moods) and our
thoughts and beliefs are a major determining factor in the quality
of our lives and relationships (co-workers, child/parent, friends,
etc.).
The
classes offer a non-threatening, fun way to become aware of learned
habits, beliefs and behaviors that may actually not be working for
us in our lives. Next comes a moment to moment awareness of our
levels of psychological functioning (moods) and how they affect our
perspective, outlook and decision/choice making process. We utilize
stories, examples, role-playing, discussion and interaction to
deliver this common sense of understanding.
The
purpose and objectives of the workshop are as follows:
•
Participants will understand their state of mental health.
•
Participants will understand how the human mind functions
naturally in a healthy way to allow people to enjoy satisfaction,
effectiveness and resiliency.
•
Participants will understand change as a natural,
continual process.
•
Participants will understand the central role that
thought plays in determining life experience and people's reaction
to their life experience.
•
Participants will learn how people's thoughts and senses
combine to form their perceptions of feelings, their
moment-to-moment experience of life.
We
offer a free introduction class for one hour to your group
at a given date. If you decide that you would like for us
to return, it will be at a per hour charge. The usual schedule
of the workshop is one hour per week for a six-week period.
At the request of the participants and the approval of the
payer, the sessions can be extended until they desire. If
you would like to set up a date for your free workshop or
